Freelance B2B Writing Portfolio

Hi, here’s a list of some of my most recent work for SaaS and marketing brands like yours. You can also read some of my insights on marketing on my blog

tickled media

Tickled Media – Educational content

Tickled Media is a leading technology company in Asia that creates products for Parents. After receiving funding to move into Africa, my team was tasked with helping to increase awareness of their company here in Africa through a parenting blog www.africaparent.com. I worked as an independent contractor for the company from July 2019 – May 2020 and wrote over 300 articles on parenting, pregnancy, lifestyle and health. Here are some of my favourite articles on the site:

The Best Free Online Learning Sites For Children

How to raise a feminist son

A guide for parents raising visually impaired children

An interview with a sex toy vendor on how toys improve intimacy in marriage

A guide on ensuring your child’s safety on the internet

Achievements

  • As a team, we grew the site into the No 1 parenting site in Africa
  • My articles consistently ranked as one of the top read articles on the site
  • We worked on an #aftercovid campaign to lift spirits at the beginning of the pandemic in Nigeria, that reached over 15000 people online across our social media channels.

What my manager, Syreeta Akinyede, said:

Lydia is a ready team player, with lots of ideas to share at the table; and a lot of which were
incorporated into her articles.
